Course Description:

  • Tailored for Air Defense Command skills, TTPs, and considerations necessary to defeat air breathing and ballistic missile threats in a Joint/Combined environment.
  • OPTASK/PPR refinement
  • Joint C2 intro

Scope:  

Building on prior training and experience, this symposium promotes cohesiveness among all Air Warfare principals in the Strike Group. Training is focused on lessons learned and current fleet AW tactics.  Can be tailored for independent deploying units.   

Attendees: 

Air Defense Commander and "W" watchstanders/planners, Air Defense Units CO/XO/TAOs/Air watchstanders, E-2 Squadron CO/XO/OPS.

Pre-requisites:

None.  Air Defense Commander's (ADC) Seminar is meant to be introductory in nature. For further Air Defense training, TTGP recommends enrollment in following courses (list is not all inclusive): Force Air Defense Planner (A-221-0129), Interface Control Officer (A-2G-0114), CEC TACOPS (S-104-9800).
