Please send visit requests to:  SMO code 539966 via the Defense Information Security System (DISS).

Within the visit request include specific dates, purpose of visit, technical POC and their phone number.

*Don’t send annual visit requests.

TTGP- NCTE SAAR-N Reciprocity - Proxy Submission Exercise Participant Functional Account Request

Reciprocity Memos are no longer accepted by NCTE since the creation of the reciprocity proxy submission website.

Please see attached for Reciprocity Proxy Submissions.

*Only two things are required: Your Command Completed SAAR and the signed Navy user agreement –

*must be digitally signed by user requesting the account.
